By creating an account or completing a purchase on SHEMuse, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent. All services provided are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Orders & Product Availability
All product orders placed are subject to inventory availability and acceptance by SHEMuse. In the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel orders with full automatic refund.
3. Payments, Taxes & Invoicing
Prices listed include applicable GST taxes. Payments are captured securely via Razorpay gateway. Tax invoices are generated electronically and emailed to customers upon transaction completion.
4. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Shipment timelines are estimates provided in partnership with Shiprocket. While we endeavor to meet estimated delivery dates (EDD), delays caused by weather or regional courier disruptions are beyond SHEMuse’s direct liability.
5. Refunds & 30-Day Guarantee
Refunds and exchanges are governed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Policy. Return requests must be initiated via care@shemuse.com within 30 days of receiving your package.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand photography, product formulations, trademarks, software code, and editorial text are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
SHEMuse products are dermatologist evaluated. However, customers are advised to perform a 24-hour patch test before full application. SHEMuse shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from allergic sensitivities.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found engaging in fraudulent payment activities or abuse of promotional coupon codes.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
